Terms of Use
These terms cover how you may use this website and what the information published on it does — and does not — represent.

01About these terms
These terms govern your use of zarohr.com, operated by ZaroHR Solutions (“ZaroHR”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These are terms for the website. They are not the terms on which we provide managed HR services or HR software. Where a company engages ZaroHR, the rights and obligations of both parties come from the services agreement signed with that company, and nothing on this website changes, extends or limits what that agreement says.
02What this website is for
The site describes what ZaroHR does — managed HR services and our HR technology — so that you can decide whether to talk to us. It is an informational and enquiry channel.
Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, product capabilities, indicative pricing and timelines are provided to help you evaluate us; the scope, price and terms of any engagement are agreed in writing between you and ZaroHR before work begins.
03Acceptable use
You may read the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You agree not to do the following.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
- Interfere with the site’s operation, including by overloading or probing it
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as ordinary search engine indexing
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form
- Introduce malicious code, or use the site to distribute it
We may restrict access where use of the site threatens its operation, its security or other users.
04Enquiries you send us
When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us. Please do not send confidential information, personal data about other people, or employee records through the form — it is not the appropriate channel for any of those, and we ask that you wait until an appropriate one is in place.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, a client relationship or an obligation on either side. We may decline to respond to or take on any enquiry.
How we handle the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
05Content and intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logos and the underlying design — belongs to ZaroHR or is used with permission. The ZaroHR name and logo, and the product names used on this site, are our marks.
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. You may not republish our content as your own, use it commercially, or copy the site’s design or substantial parts of its content without our written permission.
Our guides and resources are published so that HR teams can use the thinking in them. Applying that thinking inside your organisation is exactly what they are for; republishing the text itself is not.
06The limits of information published here
Our guides and resources describe HR operations practice. They are general information, not legal, tax, regulatory or professional advice, and they cannot account for the circumstances of a particular organisation or employee.
Statutory requirements in India change, and vary by state, sector, headcount and the circumstances of individual employees. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the position for your organisation with a qualified adviser.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or complete at the moment you read it.
07Links to other sites
Some pages link to external sites, including government portals such as EPFO, ESIC, UIDAI and the Income Tax Department. Those links are provided because the source is useful, not because we control it.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave zarohr.com, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
08Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of factors outside our control.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including pages and published content, without notice.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZaroHR is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section concerns the website. Liability in respect of services we are engaged to provide is dealt with in the relevant services agreement.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
