Privacy Policy

ZaroHR collects very little through this website, and what it does collect exists to answer your enquiry. This page sets out exactly what that means.

01Who this policy covers

This policy explains how ZaroHR Solutions (“ZaroHR”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, zarohr.com. It applies to visitors to the site and to people who contact us through it.

It does not cover employee information that we process inside our HR software on behalf of a client organisation. Where a company engages ZaroHR for managed HR services or uses our HRMS, that company remains responsible for its employees’ data, and our handling of it is governed by the services agreement signed with that company rather than by this page.

02Information we collect

We collect only what the site actually needs to work and to answer enquiries.

Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email address, company name, phone number and the message you write. Every one of these is information you choose to enter.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics receive standard technical data when you visit: approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site or search that referred you.

We do not ask for, and the site has no field for, sensitive personal information — government identifiers, financial account details, health information or biometric data. Please do not include such details in the message box.

03How we use your information

We use the information described above for the following purposes, and no others.

  • To reply to your enquiry and to have the conversation you asked for
  • To send information you specifically requested, such as a proposal or a product walkthrough
  • To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site
  • To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse of the contact form
  • To meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a marketing list simply because you submitted an enquiry.

04How enquiries are handled and stored

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email over an encrypted connection. The site does not keep a separate database of enquiries — your message lives in our email system, where it is accessible only to the ZaroHR team members who handle enquiries.

The site is served over HTTPS, so information travels between your browser and our servers in encrypted form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply access controls appropriate to the information involved and limit who inside ZaroHR can see it.

05Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and where they lose interest. It is configured with IP anonymisation enabled, so your full IP address is not stored by the analytics service.

Analytics is used in aggregate. We look at patterns across visitors rather than tracking a named individual, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or to retarget you elsewhere.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the site from working.

06Service providers

We rely on a small number of established providers to run the site. They process information only to deliver their service to us.

  • Website hosting and content delivery, which serves the pages you view
  • Email delivery, which carries contact form submissions to our inbox
  • Google Analytics, for the usage measurement described above

Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside India. Where information is handled outside the country, it remains subject to the same purposes and restrictions described in this policy.

07How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship — while we are in conversation, and afterwards for a reasonable period in case you come back to us. Where an enquiry does not lead anywhere and you have not asked to hear from us, we do not retain it indefinitely.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics and is held in aggregate rather than against you as an individual.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry and our correspondence at any time using the details at the foot of this page.

08Your choices and rights

You have meaningful control over the information you give us.

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Ask us to delete your enquiry and our correspondence
  • Tell us to stop contacting you, at any time and for any reason
  • Raise a concern about how we have handled your information

Write to us using the details below and we will respond. Depending on the request we may need to confirm who you are first, so that we do not disclose someone’s information to the wrong person.

India’s data protection framework continues to develop, and where obligations under it apply to us we will meet them.

09Children

This site offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one published here. Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
